Andrea RichardsonAbout Me:
I am a Colorado Native, born and raised in Boulder County. Through the years, I have lived in a variety of Front Range communities, and I have developed a profound love for and dedication to my home state. My whole family lives here; I had my daughter here, and I bought my first home with my husband here where we currently reside.

As the wife of a soldier, I have lived in several states across this great nation, and I fully appreciate what a blessing it is to live in Colorado. So when my husband retired after twenty three years of service, naturally we decided our “forever home” would be in this great state. The experience gave me a clear understanding of the complexity and exhilaration of purchasing a new home, and as a mother I know the importance of finding just the right neighborhood to raise my family.

Personally, I enjoy working our ranch with my husband, daughter, three horses, four dogs, and a not-so-hard-working cat. I ride the Colorado trails on horseback instead of cycling, and I am passionate about music, movies and popular culture. I am also a dedicated and forever fan of the world-class football organization known as the Denver Broncos!

Experience and Education:
I became a licensed broker in 2015, after over ten years of working in real estate. Initially, I felt my niche was back-office support, and, in order to supplement my on-the-job experience, I earned a Business Management degree. I started in the real estate field in an administrative position with a busy firm in Louisville, CO where I was responsible for assisting all real estate agents in the office with their daily administrative needs. Over the years I have primarily worked for firms that specialize in residential real estate but, have also worked for land developers, custom home builders, and commercial property brokers.

I have found throughout the years that my true passion is working directly with clients. And, for that reason, I have made the move from the back office to the front lines of real estate.

My Customer Service Philosophy:
You, the client, are my primary focus. Any licensed Realtor can manage a transaction to buy or sell a property, but it takes more than a license to understand the needs and concerns of clients. It takes someone who has been there, someone who understands that buying and selling a home is a very personal experience, and through their own personal and professional real estate experiences, values their client’s needs and viewpoint. To be precise, it takes someone who embodies exceptional customer service skills and personal care.

I bring more than twenty years of customer service standards to the table. This allows me to tailor my services to the individual and provide an exceptionally high standard of client care and attention. It is the foundation of how I represent you in your real estate transaction.
