I hesitate to use my pictures on our marketing materials. Maybe that's because I've seen the doodling done on Realtors' pictures, and I'd rather not be defaced in that creative manner! The true reason is that I believe that your real estate transaction is about you—not about me.

While it may help you to know a little bit about my qualifications and experience, still, bottom line, the only sale or purchase that matters here is yours.

I have been in the real estate industry since 1978, employed as general manager, then President of a small resort development company in the mid-west. I finished my corporate career as Vice President of a publicly traded resort development company. I hold a degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri, and did graduate work there as well.

For many years my husband and I were partners in a chain of 38 restaurants as well as several commercial Real Estate developments.

I have been a real estate broker in Colorado since 1995, first in commercial, but found my niche in residential and started my own firm in 2001. I can relate—I've owned a lot of houses and have moved many, many times!

I live and specialize in the Castle Rock area, and am supported by a highly effective professional staff.
